How to ask for a user account at the BECONEX support portal?

  1. At the BECONEX support portal, scroll to the bottom of the page (home, knowledge base or signin). You will find the following banner:
  1. Click on "Ticket erstellen" to create a ticken without user account.
  1. Enter you full name (Kontakt-Name) and email (E-Mail) in the respective fields.
    As subject (Betreff), enter "Request user account", and give a brief description (Beschreibung) of why you wish to have an account.
    No other fields are needed.
  1. Click on "Übermitteln" to send your request.
  1. Upon approval, you will receive an invitation to activate your account.
